Respect is at the heart of Pulse, on and off the pitch. Whether you’re a player, Game Host, venue staff member, or part of the Pulse team, you deserve to be treated with respect.

Any kind of abuse has no place in our community.

• Respect everyone – Players, hosts, and venue staff.
• Support others – Everyone has different skill levels and backgrounds.
• Promote inclusivity – Learn names, encourage others, and make everyone feel welcome.
• Keep it fun – Light banter is okay, but the vibe should always stay positive.

• No disrespect – Never belittle, mock, or intimidate anyone.
• No aggression – Physical or verbal aggression is not acceptable.
